All because of a meeting at wellbeing event in December 2024. Fast forward to January 2026 and the lady had booked me to run a Laughter Yoga session for The WI Littleworth & Kingston Hill. That night there was snow forecast so it was postponed.

It all came to fruition last night with 20 members attending. A little bit of nervous anticipation soon dissolved as we giggled through the laughter exercises ... enjoying outrageously boozy pretend cocktails with laughter and sharing giggles together as we pretended to blow out lots of candles on an imaginary birthday cake.

From a group of shy ladies at the beginning of the session, everyone was connected with faces full of joy by the end and laughter continued to flow even after the session finished.

Thank you so much for inviting me and not letting the weather put an end to the opportunity.

Very good, Very good - Yay🙌😂

What a lovely warm and friendly atmosphere there was at the Out to Grass Shenanigans at Woodend Farm, near Malvern. I was asked to run a couple of Laughter Yoga sessions on Saturday afternoon and despite a very wet day, there were plenty of activity pods around the campsite.

Having run sessions at this event in previous years I was delighted to see some familiar faces as they joined me again. We did lots of the usual laughter exercises such as milkshake, mobile phone and laughter boxes. We also did a Mexican Wave of laughter and used a large 'parachute' inside the green pod that was great fun - see the video below:

What a lovely Wellbeing Walk and Laughter through Saltwells Nature Reserve on Wednesday evening, through dappled sunlight and delightful company.

Two people joined me for the walk and were unfamiliar with the area so it was an added pleasure to point out the places of interest including the dragon sculpture , totem poles and Doulton's Clay Pit revealing natural history from 300 million years ago during the carboniferous era.

We laughed, we giggled, we sang and at the end enjoyed a photo together. Thank you Carly and Rich.

'Laughter is the best medicine'. This is the 'meme' that induced Dr Madan Kataria to create Laughter Yoga as a health and wellbeing tool 31 years ago that is fun to take part in.

At 6.00 pm today(15 July) there will be a Laughter Yoga session at Bob Jones Community Hub in Wolverhampton this evening from 6.00 pm for an hour of playful exercises combined with deep breathing and hand clapping.

Come and join us and let's spread the giggles .... and you can still get home in time to watch England V Argentina😂
