Time for a spot of yoga practice this bright, fresh Boxing Day, with Merlin for company, instead of my shadow , who is recovering from a trip to the vet with a nasty head wound (we suspect from defending his brother Merlin) 😼🤕

Taking a tip from my shadow, as we approach Winter Solstice tomorrow. Time for being, not doing....he is certainly an expert example of that! Wishing everyone a happy and healthy Christmas and Yule 🌲 ☺️🎄
