Lockdown..??
We never stopped growing stronger.
Simply FIT bands going out in the post today π«π
Those are 2 Black Bands on top of a Green Band ready to go out....
I wrote this 9 Pillar Training Programme for Simply FIT a little over 3 year ago.
I remember I felt like I hit the βEureka Momentβ as it was everything I believed to achieve Absolute Body Confidence.
Then 6 months later I created the Band Reward & Recognition System as I noticed some members were skipping the Pillars they didnβt like so much... which kind of goes against the whole system.
So if you missed a Pillar out not only would you be creating barriers to achieving the results I knew were possible ... you also wouldnβt get your bands.
Well, it worked π
I know there are certain areas of fitness that we all feel uncomfortable doing, but the more we avoid the more we sit in our comfort zones where results fade away.
Each Pillar supports the next, meaning the stronger you become In your less favourite areas - the stronger you become all over ππΌ
I have been so proud of everyone I have ever trained but never more so during this Pandemic.
We have powered through and shown that βLock-Down does not mean βShut-Downβ.
Kerri Dalloway and Adrian Vivash have achieved over 30 sessions on all 9 Pillars since we started and with all their might. These Black Bands are theirs. Also the Green Band is for Sarah Ferris.ππΌ
This is a massive moment for them and for Simply FIT.
