Happy New Year everyone!

Yoga classes start on the week commencing 5th January and run on Tuesday mornings and evenings, Wednesday evenings and Thursday evenings.

I'm excited to see my students who have attended my classes in 2025 (and before), and I also look forward to welcoming people who are starting their yoga journey in 2026.

All of my classes are suitable for beginners and will help you to build your strength and flexibility, and calm your mind.

Hatha yoga classes suitable for beginners as well as those who practice yoga regularly.

I'm busy making preparations for yoga classes to restart on 18 May at The Bonded Warehouse and on 20 May at Ashwood Park Primary School. I have places available for Thursday evenings at Ashwood Park and limited spaces left for Tuesday morning at The Bonded Warehouse. Please contact me if you would like to book a place.

Yoga classes at Ashwood Park Primary School are expected to restart on Thursday 10 September. Classes are on Thursday evenings during term time from 7.30 pm to 9.00 pm.

All current Covid-19 government guidance will be followed. This will include social distancing measures. I will provide hand sanitiser. If you want to wear a face covering, you will need to provide it yourself. Also, to ensure your safety, please bring your own yoga mat and any other equipment you need (e.g. blanket, blocks, straps).

As you are aware, the COVID -19 virus is categorised as a pandemic. In accordance with the government's advice, all of my yoga classes are cancelled for the foreseeable future.

As you are aware, the COVID -19 virus is now categorised as a pandemic. As the yoga classes on Monday and Thursday evenings are held in schools, serious control measures have had to be put into place to try and reduce the risk of the virus spreading. A decision has been made to temporarily cancel all lettings at the schools, which means that unfortunately there will be no yoga classes for the foreseeable future. The schools will be closed for yoga classes until further advice states otherwise. Please keep a watch on this page for when classes can recommence.

The Tuesday morning class is still open, but, following further government advice, I’m asking that you stay away from the yoga class if you are in an at risk group, have any symptoms or have someone at home with any symptoms of Coronavirus.

I will be at The Bonded Warehouse on Tuesday mornings for as long I am allowed to, and in a safe manner. Your support is very much appreciated.
