Karate bags available to buy @ £5 each.
Ideal for water bottles,mitts, towel etc.

Remember today is grading day 11am- 12pm
The fees are £11 for under 18s, £12 for over 18s.
(That is £5 fee for the grading which goes to charity every year , £3 each if you get a new belt , and £3 or £4 to cover the hall fees for today)

The next grading will be Sunday 31st May 11am sharp, anyone needs any help with katas, combinations etc just ask a black belt this week 🥋

Classes are going to be 11am -12pm for EVERYONE from now on- starting this Sunday 24th May.
A 2nd class will hopefully resume again when the numbers pick up.🤞
