Portpatrick Coastal Rowing,launched ‘Kiara’ Portpatricks first community built St Ayles Skiff in 2023
Up the A77 this weekend to take part in the Exciseman's Chase, kindly hosted by Carrick Coastal Rowing Club. It was a beautifully calm day and we held our own against 10 other clubs. A great day as always. Next weekend we take part in the 5 miles from home challenge 💪.
A competition closer to home this weekend as we attended the Stranraer Coastal Rowing Club regatta. It was a bumpy day on the water for sure but, as always, we had a great day of rowing and much laughter.

Today this crew from Portpatrick headed down the A75 to take part in the Bell Raid across the Solway Firth. Racing against some brilliant clubs we were delighted that our crew rowed their hearts out over to England, rang the bell, and rowed back taking the win!! 💪 🥇.
