Stratford Pilates is owned by Gail Adams who successfully runs 31 classes in Coventry and now has 7 successful classes in Stratford upon Avon.

Gail is a highly trained Pilates Instructor who has trained with 3 top Pilates Training Providers: Pilates Institute, STOTT Pilates and Body Control Pilates and is a member of the Body Control Association.
