Our vision is that all young people have the self-esteem, resilience and confidence to thrive. What would that be like?

We want to reach & help a million young people - to reduce their distress, build their resilience & inspire possibility about what they're capable of. We do this through one-to-one mentoring, with a team of fully trained & professionally supervised mentors.

We have a free webinar available to parents/carers of children and young people in Warwickshire.

Join us for talking about mental health with your child or young person. We'll also spend some time going through the resources that we offer to children and young people within the ECHO service. Sign up https://tinyurl.com/6xcyw4jr

Feedback like this reminds us why mentoring truly matters πŸ’™

As young people prepare to head back to school, college, or navigate a new transition, it can be an exciting but also challenging time.

Changes in routine, new environments, and increased pressures can all impact wellbeing.

At Lifespace, we're here to support young people through life's ups and downs, helping them build confidence, resilience, and self-esteem so they can thrive.

If you or a young person you know could benefit from support, we'd love to hear from you.

πŸŽ‰ GCSE Results Day 2026 πŸŽ‰

Today is about more than grades.
Whether you're celebrating results you've worked hard for, feeling unsure about what's next, or somewhere in between, take a moment to recognise how far you've come. πŸ’™

The exams, the revision, the pressure, the perseverance- you made it through.

Remember: your results do not define your worth, your potential, or your future. There are many paths forward, and every journey looks different.

Be proud of yourself today. Celebrate your achievements, be kind to yourself, and know that whatever comes next, there are opportunities ahead.

At Lifespace, we're cheering on every young person receiving their results today. 🌟

The Flying Scotsman James was back in action this weekend at the European Athletics Unity 5K, crossing the line in an impressive 24:55 in support of Lifespace πŸ’™

Starting fast with a sub-7 minute first mile, James dug deep on a challenging hilly course while still recovering from a chest infection.

Along the way, he and guide Rob pushed hard, finishing a remarkable 10 minutes ahead of another VI pairing and sharing marathon tips after the race.

We're also delighted to celebrate our very own Jo, who has now officially met the criteria to become a Visually Impaired Guide Runner. πŸ… Jo is looking forward to joining James at more races in the future and continuing their running journeys.

No rest for the wicked though... it's back to the gym this week, with the Great North Run next on the horizon. πŸ”₯

πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ The Flying Scotsman Challenge continues! πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ

After a few weeks away from racing, James is back today taking on the Unity 5K Birmingham alongside guide runner Rob.

It’s been a challenging few weeks, so we're delighted to see James back on the course and continuing his incredible Flying Scotsman Challenge. Thank you to everyone who has checked in, offered encouragement and continued supporting the journey.

A huge thank you to Rob for guiding today. The support of guide runners makes every race possible and helps James keep moving towards his challenge goals.

Every mile helps raise awareness and funds for Lifespace's early support work with children and young people, ensuring they can access help before problems reach crisis point.

If you'd like to support James and the challenge, you can donate via the QR code or through the JustGiving page:

Good luck, James and Rob. It's great to have you back out there! πŸ’™

🌟 Be proud of yourself today. 🌟

A-Level Results Day can bring excitement, relief, uncertainty, or a mix of everything at once, and that's completely okay.

Your results are just one moment in your story, not the whole story. Whether you've achieved the grades you hoped for or your plans are taking an unexpected turn, there are still so many opportunities, experiences and exciting journeys ahead.

Take a moment to recognise how far you've come, the challenges you've overcome, and the effort you've put in to get here.

At Lifespace, we're proud of every young person taking their next step today. πŸ’™
