🏑 Ladies Preseason Fitness & Training Starts This Thursday! 🩷

Whether you’re a current player, returning after a break, or thinking about picking up a hockey stick for the first time, we’d love to have you join us!

📅 Starts: Thursday 6th August
🕖 Time: 7:00pm – 8:00pm
📍 Location: KES Pitches - Manor Road -

These sessions will focus on fitness with hockey drills to get us ready for the new season.

Bring plenty of water, trainers or astro shoes, and your hockey stick.

Join us on Sunday 6th September at the KES Playing Fields for a fun-filled day of hockey, starting with a 7-a-side tournament from 9:30am.

Whether you’re a current player, returning to hockey, or thinking of picking up a stick for the first time, we’d love to see you there. Players of all ages and abilities are welcome!

After the hockey, head back to the clubhouse for a BBQ and refreshments 🍔🌭

While the result didn’t quite go our way, we’re incredibly proud of the fight, determination, and heart shown by every player. The second half was ours, and we showed exactly what this team is capable of when we play our game.

A huge thank you to everyone who supported us throughout the season. We’ll come back even stronger next year and hopefully bring home the trophy!
