Success story from ponies to representing Great Britain on horses 🏆🇬🇧

While still competing at the highest level on ponies, Lil 💎👑 was simultaneously producing her horses through the ranks—a rare achievement in itself.
Over several years together as a team dominating the pony jumpers, in the background were three horses I actively sourced and produced with her future career in mind, creating a pathway that took her from the junior ranks to representing her country at the highest level of Children on Horses competition.

• Produced her 7-year-old mare to 1.40m level at just 13 years of age.

Every horse and rider in my programme follows a clear, structured plan with long-term goals in mind. Training at home lays the foundations, and every competition is used as a stepping stone towards those goals ✨

✨Producing riders from their first championships to representing their country —it’s a standard that continues to define my programme.

Mady joined me at just 13 years old, riding both medium and large ponies before progressing onto horses successfully. Together, we developed a pathway that consistently delivered results.

🏆 Qualified both medium ponies for the Hickstead and Horse of the Year Show Finals.
🏆 Qualified two large ponies for multiple Horse of the Year Show National Finals and the Hickstead National Final.
🇬🇧 Selected to represent Great Britain on her first two Nations Cup teams, finishing runner-up at Sentower and Hagen, Germany.
These achievements weren’t the result of one great week or one exceptional horse. They came from following a proven development programme, refining every detail, and building confidence, consistency, and performance over time.

Olympic success begins years before an athlete ever walks into the arena.
It is built through relentless attention to detail, technical precision, course mastery, and an unwavering commitment to improvement.
It has been a privilege to work with Carlos Parro throughout the jumping element of his Olympic journey, helping to refine the technical foundations required to compete at the highest level of our sport.
With multiple Olympic Games already behind him, the focus now is on continuing that journey with sights firmly set on LA 2028.
