A few entrants have been asking about the cyclists' briefing pack. This will be emailed to all entrants tomorrow (check your junk folder too!). We are aware this feels very last minute but it ensures that information is as up to date as possible.
The weather is looking decent and there is lots of baking going on.
Thanks to everyone that has entered so far (there are a few hours left to grab a space!).

A final final reminder that entries for The Round Strathaven 50 (RS50) and 15 (RS15) Charity cycle events CLOSE IN 48 HOURS AT 11pm ON THURSDAY (13th) and there are very few places left.

Start 1 (9.30am) of the 50-mile is FULL and closed*.
Start 2 (10.30am) of the 50-mile has only 60 spaces left.
Start 3 (11.30am) - the 15-mile family route has only 30 places left.
(*=we have accommodated as many as possible from the waiting list but are restricted by both road space and catering practicalities for each wave - sorry!)

FOR THOSE FAMILIAR WITH THE EVENTS PLEASE BE AWARE THAT :
There will be TWO strict registration and start times for the FIFTY-MILE RS50 (9.30am and 10.30am) and ONE for the FIFTEEN-MILE FAMILY RS15 (11.30am). There will NOT be any “entry on the day” for either distance.
You choose your start time by entering the event that has your preferred time (subject to availability).
Please see each event page for more details.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE REGISTERING FOR THE CORRECT EVENT TIME AND DISTANCE.

A reminder that The Round Strathaven 50 (RS50) and 15 (RS15) Charity cycle events take place in SIX weeks on Sunday 16th August. The event is filling very quickly so if you are considering entering don't wait too long!
