Another brilliant picture today of 4 great members of our club, 2 of them are past presidents. Bonus points for anyone that can name all 4 players and have a guess at the year (I dont even know!)

Another fantastic games night at Strathaven Bowling Club tonight. The main event tonight was pool and the finalists were Gordon Rae and Scott Kirk, Gordon managed to secure the victory and a lovely steak pie courtesy of our very generous sponsors at James Alexander Butchers in Strathaven 👏👏🥩🥩

New players always welcome, drop along to the club next week at 7pm or send a PM

With the recent closure of our neighbours Avondale Bowling Club in Strathaven Park we have a picture from our annual game with them to contest the Gala Pairs final. Its never nice to see a club close and Avondale is close to some of our members hearts as in years gone by it used to be where they learned the game while on the waiting list for our great club, changed days indeed. The honours board there is littered with great names from our past.

Can anyone guess the year for this Gala Pairs final?

Thanks to Fraser Milne for putting the prizes up tonight 🙌 👏 🙏
