We have 4 sites:

Sydenham
Streatham
Upper Norwood
Shepherds Bush

We run two hour sessions and charge £45 per month. We have recently introduced an hour session on Wednesdays for 4 year olds.

Meet our Benchmark coaches... Leonie!

The brilliant Leonie runs our preschool programme, as well as being responsible for our Young Leaders Programme. Leonie has a wealth of experience as a Level 2 General Gymnastics Coach and Level 1 Pre-school Coach and has been part of the Benchmark team for 5 years.

We know families really thrive in Leonie’s classes and the Young Leaders really appreciate her support and guidance too. Thanks to Leonie for all you do 🙏

Today we’re celebrating our brilliant club - both on and off the mat. That’s our wonderful gymnasts and their families, as well as our staff, coaches and young leaders. We couldn’t ask for a better community! 💙🤍❤️

We loved seeing your videos and photos of our summer holiday challenge, where we asked you to keep active for at least 5 minutes every day! You certainly rose to the occasion with your flips, cartwheels, handstands and tumbles 🤸‍♀️ We’re delighted to say the summer challenge Benchmark merch will be winging it’s way to .ridleyy and Stephanie Williams for their fab summer efforts!

It’s parent watching week 7th-13th September! Come and watch your children enjoying their first gymnastics classes of the new academic year 😃

To ensure all classes run smoothly, remember -

🚦 Stay in the designated watching area
🤸‍♀️ Trust the coaches to manage safety and training
📢 Keep talking and distractions to a minimum to allow gymnasts to concentrate
👀 Watch with enjoyment, no need to feel nervous
🎉 Praise and celebrate your child’s progression and hard work after the session!
