❤️‍🔥 MEET OUR TEAM: ASSISTANT COACHES ❤️‍🔥

We’re incredibly proud to introduce the amazing Assistant Coaches supporting our athletes at LCS this season! ❤️

Every one of our Assistant Coaches is either a current or former LCS athlete and we feel so lucky to be able to say that. They’ve grown up within our club, experienced the LCS journey themselves and are now using everything they’ve learned to inspire the next generation of athletes.

It means everything to us to support their coaching journeys, help them build confidence and leadership skills, and give them opportunities to continue progressing within the sport they love.

Watching our athletes become role models and coaches is truly special. We couldn’t be prouder of the brilliant young people they have become or more grateful for everything they bring to our LCS family! 🔥

With schools about to start back for a brand-new academic year, we wanted to give one local school an AMAZING prize… a completely FREE LCS Cheerleading Day! 🤩❤️

Our LCS coaches will visit the winning school and deliver a fun-filled day of cheerleading and dance workshops, giving pupils across the school the opportunity to get involved!

Expect stunts, jumps, tumbling, dance, teamwork, confidence-building activities and plenty of LCS energy! No previous experience is needed, this day will be all about bringing pupils together, trying something new and having lots of fun! 🥰

On Sunday, our Lead Coaches, Assistant Coaches and Junior Coaches came together for an awesome Coach Development Training Session with Paul from Baskerville Gymnastics! 🤸‍♀️❤️

We worked through how we can support every member of our coaching team from our experienced leads right through to our developing juniors, while continuing to deliver the safest, most enjoyable and highest-quality sessions possible for our athletes.

It’s so important to us that our coaches are given plenty of opportunities to learn, grow and develop their knowledge. The more we invest in our coaches, the more they can inspire, support and bring out the very best in every LCS athlete! 🥰

A huge thank you to Paul for sharing his knowledge with us, and to our brilliant coaching team for giving up their Sunday to keep learning and improving. We’re so proud of you all! 🔥

A little look at our very first CheerTone session! 🔥💪

We started bright and early on Friday with a full-body workout focused on strengthening, toning and feeling good! Everyone worked so hard, and we loved kicking off this brand-new LCS Fitness session with you ❤️
