This is a quick guide for absolute beginners to use as they step on a board for the first time to learn street style skateboarding. This is the first in a series of videos that will become progressively more advanced with each video. The aim is to cover all the basic elements of street skateboarding to create a solid foundation to be built upon by the individual.

After having a terrible time trying for an hour to film something that took me three tries to land off camera, I was rolling about in a bit of a sulk. I managed to cheer myself with this hippy-hop after a scooter kid took a break and lent his scooter against the bank.
