Did you know that we run beach yoga classes over the summer?
And with the weather lately, it’s probably going to be a hot session!
So if you fancy joining us for a yoga class outside, look out for our Beach Yoga classes on the timetable, usually a Saturday or Sunday morning at Seaburn in Sunderland with Elaine Smith - Yoga Teacher NE England
