🔥ANOTHER TOP 10 FOR LILY🔥

The 800m Freestyle heats are complete and it’s another Top 10 finish for Lily, placing 9th in the 13/14 age group in a NEW lifetime best👏

🙌FINALISTS ON THE PENULTIMATE DAY🙌

We have more finalists to bring you this evening after another great heats session💪

Up first we have Freya who will be racing at 5pm to get the finals session started🔥

We will then have Archie go in the 15 years 200m Backstroke where he will be racing not long after Freya going at 5:28pm 🙌

We had very impressive heat swims by Aidan and Lily who were just shy of making a final in their events this morning👏

🇬🇧DAY 6 - AQUATICS GB NEXT GEN CHAMPIONSHIPS🇬🇧

It is the penultimate day of the Championships, and we have a very busy day for you😮‍💨

Up first we have Freya who starts her individual racing after a fantastic relay yesterday- going in Heat 8 the 100m Freestyle starting at 8:45am🙌

Then we have Aidan & Archie who are in the next event which is the 200m Backstroke starting at 9:10am🏊‍♂️🏊‍♂️ Aidan will go in Heat 3 and Archie will go in Heat 9👏

Next up we have Lily going in the 400m IM which starts at 9:55am and she will go in Heat 1💪
Lily will also be doubling up with the 800m Freestyle this afternoon in Heat 2 at 1:10pm, a tough day of racing but Lily will always rise to the challenge🔥🏊‍♀️

To conclude the morning session we have Ben in for the 50m Freestyle where he will go in Heat 3 with the event starting at 10:55am🏊‍♂️💨

🔜FINALS TIME🔜

We were 3/3 for finals this evening after the heats session👏

Up first we have Jacob in the 19/Over 200m Breaststroke after a solid heat swim this morning, he goes at 17:20💪

We then had Archie and Ben who put up solid performances in the 100m Butterfly. Archie goes at 17:58 in the 15 years final, with Ben going straight after at 18:02 in the 16 years final🔥

It has been a fantastic session of relays for

We started off with the lads going in the 14/16 years 4x100 Freestyle Team where they swam right on top of their entry time👏

Next we had the 14/16 girls in the 4x200 Freestyle where they improved on their qualification by 6 seconds‼️ also going sub 9 minutes🔥

Huge well done everyone👏

We are now over the halfway mark here at Ponds Forge, Sheffield🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️

We have the 3️⃣ lads in action this morning for first set of heats session💪

We have Jacob up first going in the 200m Breaststroke with the event starting at 8:45am, he goes in Heat 11👀

We then have Ben and Archie both going in the 100m Butterfly which starts at 10:05. Archie goes in Heat 5, with Ben going in Heat 11🔥

What an awesome relay performance by the lads in the 4x200 Freestyle 14-16 years💪

They were just shy of a bronze medal but they went in 5th, came out 4th and improving on their qualification time by 6 seconds‼️

Aidan was able to match his PB in the 100m Backstroke and Archie has qualified for another 15 years final, where he will be racing at 18:35🙌
