Return of Outdoor Classes! 🌞🍉🕶

As the summer months are creeping up on us, and the weather is getting better, the instructors are going to start taking some of our classes outside!

This means we can have a larger capacity and fit more people in the class, not only this, but also giving members an opportunity to workout in the fresh air💨🙏🏾

You wouldn’t believe how great it can make you feel, physically and mentally ❤️

This morning took the 9:30 squad out onto the pitch for a boxfit class 🥊

Let’s just say the members will never want to see burpees in their sessions ever again 💀
