2024 International Sports Tournament entries have now opened
First event is our FREE 5km or 10km run 31st August, 10.30 start. This is open to all abilities from beginners to GB athletes, it’s the taking part that counts and there’s always a great buffet at the end!
If you don’t fancy doing it on your own, you can enter a team. There’s prizes for the top teams and individuals

Calling all runners. We have a 5km and 10km run the week before the weekend, why not join us for your last little bit of training. It’s free to enter too. Gateshead Harriers and Athletics Club Northern Runner Jarrow and Hebburn Athletic Club Heaton Harriers - Members only group Blaydon Harrier & Athletics Club

Entries are now open for our triathlon. £15 to enter and it’s a split triathlon meaning you have time to get changed and enjoy the rest in between. No tricky transitions to do, great for first timers.
