Well done to this weeks Thomas from the kids class who despite being one of the smallest in the group certainly isn’t afraid to get stuck in. Harrison from the juniors group who’s consistently showing up and getting better every session. Well done lads! 👍

Danny from the kids class who’s concentration and effort have been getting much better recently. By far the best week he’s had since starting training at the club. And Charlie from the Juniors who recently joined us. Is a great lad with top craic. Can’t half hit and a class addition to the team. Well done to everybody this week. I hope yous all have a great Easter with your nearest and dearest.

Well done to this weeks Bradley from the kids class who hasn’t won it for a while and I think he’d of knocked me out if he missed out on it again this week! And Valery from the Juniors aka coach Maisy who’s been the hardest working in the gym this week and always a big help in the kids class
