🥊As well the boxing fitness classes run every Tues & Thurs from 6-7pm .. Sat 8-9am we have Our boxing fitness class focussed for individuals with additional needs every Thursday 5 til 6pm🥊

🥊coming soon on a Wednesday will be military veterans fitness-boxing training

🥊more great news is we’ve just secured 2 great sponsorships to help out with equipment & flooring at our none profitable boxing gym thanks to everyone involved yous know who yous are

🥊🥊A lot to catch up on .. 1st off it was amazing to get josh Kelly the Ibf world light middleweight champion (Sunderland’s 1st world champion) to our gym last wk for the nite.. he couldnt of been more humble & amazing with the kids etc .. signing & photo taking none stop…!!!

🥊2ndly it’s been a brilliant move from
The lakeside community centre (no community spirt up there 😂) to plains farm social club.. things r moving fast & if anyone is interested in sponsoring us drop us a message 🙏 the fitness classes are busy as normal & the amateur side is going from strength to strength

🥊lastly….sat mornings fitness class between 8-9am was brilliant .. then most of the lads went next door to the veterans breakfast Morning which is on every 2 wks in the clubs concert room… it was brilliant to see 40-50 veterans having breakfast together & chewing the fat

The new Lakeside Academy will be opening this coming Monday! Come along, learn new skills, stay active, and have fun. Check out our brand-new class times starting 24th November:

🗓 Monday
• 5:00pm – 6:30pm (Ages 10–13)
• 5:30pm – 7:00pm (Ages 14+)

🗓 Wednesday
• 5:00pm – 6:30pm (Ages 10–13)
