🌕🔵 Season done and dusted, back to back promotion achieved 🌕🔵

What a fantastic end to and unbelievable season from the boys, after achieving promotion last season we were looking for a top half finish and to get past the 1st round of the cup, so to narrowly miss out on the league title to come runners to a really good side in Hexham and to get into the quarter final of the cup, to say we are over the moon and extremely proud of this group of lads is a massive understatement.

It’s been a fantastic season starting last June when we moved from 9 a side to 11 a side winning 6 tournaments throughout the season, having the best defensive record in the league only conceding 31 goals in 30 games and keeping 14 clean sheets in the process is an amazing effort for the lads.

The hard work the boys have put in this year is nothing but exceptional, there’s been a lot of highs and a couple of lows but they’ve shown when they need to stick together as a team they’re more than capable of doing so.

It’s now time to rest up, enjoy our end of season party, do a little recruitment drive and look forward to build on our success again next season.

Finally we’d like thank all our our family and friends who have help with lifts, to and from training, match days and team activities outside of football, without all your help we wouldn’t have been able to have had such a fantastic season… so thank you once again 👏👏
