Day 64 - 11th September 2026
Love this skill! It’s right up there as one of my favourite floor to air moves.

It looks simple, but takes a lot of practice to master.
Key to getting this one right is using the sole of the heel, which allows the foot to travel easier past the standing leg.

Day 63 - 10th September 2026
This one actually took a while for me to master.
Creating that pressure with the heel through the ball is tricky, but the more you practice the quicker you’ll get it.

This can then be taken into a bit more of a freestyle move to beat a player, as once the ball is popped into the air you then use the heel to hit it forward over the head
