The Treadmill Gym & Fitness Centre is the only gym in Sunderland which has a female only gym and a male only gym, as well as a large mixed free weights room. We also have a hair salon, boxing studio and an outdoor training area. We are located on the Chester Road next to the BP Petrol Station.
