Hi all!
Apologies for our lack or communication regarding the restart of club activities, we are still assessing our options moving forward. However this week we would like to extend our support to one of our instructors Tom Spencer and former member Jake Woods, who recently had his right leg amputated as part of his cancer treatment, but he’s not letting that slow him down. The lads are taking part in a 3 mile sea swim to raise funds for Jakes equipment so he can compete in para-sports, with the 2024 Paralympics being the goal. You can find out more about the swim and about Jake down below, any contributions would be massively appreciated no matter how big or small, thanks in advance x

—————— COVID-19 Update ——————
Due to the current circumstances we will be postponing our first club session back, which was intended to be this Sunday the 22nd March.
We do not yet know when we will return as the timescale for this outbreak still remains unclear.
We apologise for this however the decision was made with the health and well-being of all our members/trainers/committee members at heart.
We wish everyone the best in these challenging times and if you would like to discuss anything with us don’t hesitate to message this page ❤️

All club members/parents should now have received an email explaining the situation the club finds itself in.
In short, we have resolved any issues we had regarding facilities and costs of our sessions and will be looking to move forward with the Raich Carter Sports Centre as our home.
However, we still require additional help behind the scenes and on poolside to be able to safely run our sessions, so we ask if any parents/members are willing to help out in any capacity, (no experience required) please respond to the email you should have received or give this page a message.
It would also be helpful if you could share this post and generate some support externally from anyone who may have something to offer.
Once we have enough volunteers we will arrange a final meeting and get our training sessions up and running, if anyone can assist in any way please let us know by Monday 3rd February.
Thank you in advance
