What can I say that hasn’t already been said? I feel so fortunate to have been given the opportunity to Coach a group of women who have taken to something with such enthusiasm and determination and very new to most since our inception in January of this year. Our third winner’s trophy in six months after coming through group games against South Hetton, Marsden and Boldon, a semi final against Sunderland and a very tough final against Dawdon. It’s been all new to me and of course there’s been mistakes but all in all a journey in such a short time that I couldn’t be prouder of. 🏏🏆

Fantastic Day and even better result winning the “Denfest Cup” at Marsden Cricket Club and also helping raising funds for the fantastic “Chloe and Liam Together Forever” charity. These girls play with a blend of togetherness and determination representing our wonderful little club. Superbly organised by Helen Charlton and her lovely volunteers, a credit to Marsden Cricket Club. 🏏🏆☀️
