Classes for our KMMA BullyProof 7yrs+ classes have been full for a while now! So we will be opening 2 NEW classes!
Tuesday@7
Thursday@5
Will be looking to have both them started for September!
They will be for new students, students who want to get extra classes in to become the best they can be or for students to change their time/days if they work out better for them!
As always these classes will be included with your KMMA Unlimited package!
Same as all our classes, when they are full they are full! Drop us a message if you would like any info ❤️

One of the most important self-defence skills you can learn is how to escape from the full mount position. If someone manages to pin you to the floor, knowing what to do can make all the difference.
In this clip, Coach Jo demonstrates the classic Bridge and Roll Escape, while Coach Lily provides realistic pressure to show how the technique works in a live situation.
At KMMA, we don't just teach techniques... we teach students to stay calm, think clearly, and use proven skills under pressure. Training these escapes builds confidence, resilience, and practical self-defence ability for both children and adults.
