Just a reminder that there is a kickboxing seminar at Spartan Fighting Arts Academy 2pm THIS Sunday. This is not so much of a technical seminar (though technique will be addressed of course) but a tactical/strategic one.

You must wear your Spartan Fighting Arts Academy T-shirt as the seminar is being recorded (by Jake Thirlaway but he doesn't know it yet. lol)

Seminar will be approximately 2-2½ hours, depending on how quickly the content is taken up. If you don't know lead spin and reverse spin footwork, you have until Sunday to get familiar with it (as you'll need it in your head as part of the in-fighting strategy), so badger your coaches Robbie and Stuart to get on top of it.

Please tag yourself and anyone else from Leon Spartan Gym Idas, Spartan Armageddon Fit Training Academy or Spartan Seaham, who you think will be interested.

Before you ask, no, the seminar is not open to juniors (-14) with the exception of the Agogoi Warriors, who I know can cope with the content.

Cost of the seminar is only a £5er. This is a great opportunity to get everyone from the 3 clubs together and I hope to see many of you there.

Junior kickboxing tonight 6-15 till 7-00 seniors 7-00 till 8-30 first session is free if your new. Superb instruction by one of the most successful kickboxing gyms in the UK. Training champions from local,regional,national and international level :)

PLEASE NOTE the Ladies Kick Fit &HIIT is cancelled for the next couple of weeks, while most of the main players are on holiday. Normal service will resume in around 2 weeks..
