Back to school 🏫

Our intergenerational support from birth up to 100+ - bringing together generations to develop community relationships and create special moment and memories!

We currently run within Marigold Nursing Home and would love to expand these amazing classes!

We have had an influx of followers and lots of new faces on our socials and bookings, so I wanted to take this opportunity to re-introduce our team this autumn! 🍂

I’m Melissa, owner and teacher at Kalma life Sunderland!

This business is my third baby, and I put my heart and soul into supporting each and every baby, child, family, organisation and educational community we have the privilege of working with!

You will find me teaching mostly within schools and community with our minds cohort, but occasionally will cover our wonderful baby classes where it all began!
When I’m not teaching, I’ll
Be behind the scenes seeking out venues, replying to
emails, and working hard to continue to grow our community!
