Firstly, I chopped up the sausages and red onion and fried these (in a deep saucepan), in olive oil and a sprinkle of sea salt, then I added the spinach leaves. โฃ

I then stirred in the beans, added the seasonings and topped with the grated cheese around 2 minutes before serving.โฃ

I then topped the beans with the scrambled eggs and seasoned with salt, pepper and some more chilli flakes. Top tip: cook the eggs on a low heat and stir frequently for the fluffiest eggs! โฃ

KIM ๐ช๐ผ๐ฉ๐ผโค๏ธ
My lovely client Kim has made some brilliant progress with her physique and strength this year and I couldnโt be prouder, she looks amazing!
Kim is a fun, super busy and hardworking woman who is always on the go, but still makes the time to train regularly for all of the benefits that it brings mentally and physically!
She does it to feel good and look good for herself! โจ
We always have a laugh in our sessions while Kim works hard and always pushes towards being the best version of herself!
I love that her passion is also helping other women feel happier & more confident in their bodies and clothes, using her styling and creative expertise which is really inspiring!
I really enjoy our sessions and am proud of whatโs she achieved since we started! Well done Kim! ๐๐ผ

Summer is sadly over but autumn has arrived with its wholesome autumnal walks, pumpkin soup and feeling cosy! ๐ ๐๐งฃ
Over the past few weeks, Iโve noticed a lot of my ladies are feeling more focused this time of year and are keen to lock in a bit more with their training in the lead up to the end of the year and Iโm all for it! I think itโs a great time of year to get your head down and better yourself! ๐ช๐ผ
For me personally, after having a very full on summer, Iโm feeling more motivated and focused all round since getting back into a good routine! Iโm looking forward to achieving my own progress and growth between now and the end of the year! โจ

For those of you ladies that are new here, hereโs what I do! ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ
I work with women who come to me because they lack the confidence to go to the gym by themselves, they need help and support, theyโve not had good experiences in the gym in the past and have always struggled to get results!
Thatโs where I come in - they train with me, in an environment where they feel comfortable. Itโs my goal to put them at ease and turn gym sessions into something they finally enjoy, rather than a chore!
Most importantly, I help them achieve a body that theyโre confident and proud with, like the amazing ladies in the pictures above!

Holiday foods โ๏ธ๐๐ญ๐ท
Some of the delicious foods Iโve been enjoying whilst Iโve been away! Tuna steaks have been my personal favourite!
๐ซ Iโm a big lover of the Mediterranean diet and love to embrace these foods even more so when Iโm in a different country, everything seems to taste better!
๐ฅฉ Grilled meats and fish, delicious flavours, fresh pasta, bread and gelato do not disappoint!
๐ฆI find that by eating all the foods I actually fancy and enjoy, I still manage to get an adequate amount of protein and fats into the mix, while indulging and not feeling guilty as I know it wonโt harm or affect my fitness goals!
