Nothing like a little bit of drizzle to stop this lot. Amazing group at Tuesdays bootcamp, who, even though the rain set in didnβt give up and pushed through absolutely smashing each set πͺπΌ and most of all, smiling whilst doing it π

What are Macros π

When it comes to staying fit, both physically and mentally, the benefits of 30 minutes of exercise a day is all you need to keep yourself healthy, active, and full of energy.
We all know that exercise is an essential part of keeping yourself healthy. That is why including physical activity into your daily life is super important; and with just 30 minutes a day, you can see substantial health improvements.
