It has evolved. I’m thrilled to finally announce that Pilates Revolution is now Movement Logic.
Why the change? Because my work has gone beyond traditional Pilates. I’m focusing deeper on how your body actually functions—integrating gait, neuroscience, and joint-specific training to help you move better, for longer.
To match this evolution, I’m launching our new 4-Week Programming Blocks. No more random workouts; we move with a plan:
30th April: Assess 🔍
7th May: Restore 🛠️

28th May: Evolve 🚀

One of my favorite things about Pilates is that it feels like play.
Mr. Pilates drew inspiration from animals, watching natural development patterns of babies and young children. As foreign and weird as some of the exercises are, they’re also strangely familiar.
Sometimes they feel “hard” because as adults we love to overcomplicate things. And, we can be too concious about making it look pretty. Forget about how it looks.... it FEELS sooooo good.
Play and you find the younger version of yourself 💥💥💥

We're so excited to start 3:1 Reformer Classes at Pilates Revolution.
Work your body from top to toe. Learn the classical repertoire and transitions. Each reformer class is a total body workout and a balance between strength, flexibility and control. With only 3 per class, this feels semi private and plenty of attention for quicker progress.

Fri 9:30am - Reformer 3:1 Beginners
Fri 12;15pm - Reformer 3:1 Progress (some experience needed)

Teaser Tuesday fun! The Teaser is an iconic exercise. Many of you find the teaser a challenge but with the right technique you can reap the benefits and even enjoy it!
Here are 3 tips for mastering the teaser.
1. Work on spinal articulation, exercises like ‘roll up’ and 'spine stretch forward' help!
2. Work from the centre, practise 'the 100' and 'stomach series'
3. Work your glutes and hamstrings, exercises like bridge and swimming contribute
Always finish with a smile! 😁
To keep you motivated remember it:
* Strengthens the whole body.
* Improves spinal articulation, balance and control.
* Strengthens stabilizing and lifting muscles of the pelvis and torso.
* Is a mental challenge and when mastered, gives a sense of achievement.
BREAKING NEWS - Small group (max 4) Mat Sessions starting at the Lodge. Flexible sessions throughout summer every Monday at 6:30pm and Friday at 9:30am. Group blocks start from September 4th.
The original Pilates mat designed by Joe with strap and handles helps beginners to become stronger. For more advanced students it allows you to reach deeper into your body to work your full range and potential.
