Coventry Half Marathon, 3rd half completed, toughest course and a 1:45 PB 🤩🎖️
Well happy with that, lot of frustration built up with fights off and struggling badly with an Injury recently. Woke up this morning and decided it was PB or nothing and pushed hard from the first Mile 🫠 usually go out far too safe and have too much to give at the end. Wasn’t the case today paced it well and was absolutely dying going over the finish line - no training for this means I’m going to be paying for it tomorrow 😂 Big up to everyone out their supporting us today and everyone from for making a great morning all round.

So tonight was meant to be Professional Fight #4 but after yet another pull out and then finding out late Thursday that my replacement opponent has had a medical issue come up the fight is now off. The frustration for not only me but my family and team after the graft I have put in over the last 13 weeks is real high right now after a pattern of this happening over my first year as a pro. Just want to say a huge thank you to my manager .pegg for doing as much as he can until the very last minute to get me a bout, and to my coach and the rest of my team for supporting me continuously. Another big thanks to for always going above and beyond offering more than just his advice and support around nutrition. The effort, money and sacrifices that goes into this sport many wouldn’t understand… but that’s ok I never wanted the easy route anyway. Bigger things are coming for me and patience is a virtue. Enjoying this process more than I ever have and the rewards will be reaped eventually 🥊

Great day today competing in the Sutton Park Road Race Relays for after a leisurely jog round in the morning. Really surprised myself with the time I ran and the pace I finished with which shows I probably underestimated myself and went out too slow.. Smile on the second pic probably proves that too 😂
