Whether you are new to Pilates or exercise in general, are super strong and fit, or somewhere in between... Pilates really does have something to offer everyone. Its low-impact but whole-body approach can be adapted or progressed accordingly and helps to improve strength, flexibility, balance, posture, muscle tone and an overall mind-body connection.

Pilates will always be part of what I teach 🤎

Not because it’s trendy.
Not because it’s “easy”.
But because it teaches the foundations that support everything else we do.

Strength training is incredible for building muscle, confidence and resilience.

Then Pilates brings the control, awareness, mobility and stability that helps us move well within that strength.

It helps us slow things down enough to:
✨ connect to our core
✨ improve posture and alignment
✨ build strength with control
✨ support our joints and mobility
✨ feel stronger in everyday life — not just workouts.

And for so many women, especially busy mums juggling all the things, that mind-body connection can be just as important as the physical benefits.

My virtual Pilates classes are designed to fit into real life:

With limited availability and only bookable once per month, the studio is yours exclusively and the session can be tailored to your needs.

💡Sometimes it’s not always about going heavier… change the exercise, change the lever and our bodies are challenged to dig a little deeper.

These 1kg weights?

💪They challenged us. Humbled us. Made us slow down and really feel the work.

It’s easy to assume heavier = better, especially if you’re used to 2.5kg or 5kg. But Pilates has a way of flipping that idea on its head.

🔥When you first start, lighter weights can feel surprisingly tough.

And as you progress, they don’t get easier… you just get more out of them.

⬆️More control.
More connection.
More intention in every single rep.

Because it’s not just about what you’re lifting —
it’s how you’re moving.

It’s International Pilates Day 🤍

And Pilates has been about so much more than a series of exercises 💯

It’s about helping women (myself included) feel strong in their bodies— not just during a workout, but in everyday life.

It’s about building quiet confidence, embracing the imperfections and remembering ‘you are stronger than you think’

It’s about carving out a little space in the day— away from the chaos, the to-do list and the constant juggle.

😮‍💨A moment to breathe, reset, and reconnect with yourself.

Because movement doesn’t need to be extreme to be powerful. It just needs to be fun, consistent and intentional.

🫶 Whether you have joined me for a 15 minute virtual class at home or joined me in the studio, or I simply have inspired you to consider a little bit of pilates… thank you.

My favourite part is the little community of wonderful ladies (and a handful of men) who make my job pure joy.

💥I get it… working out at home can feel a bit hit and miss.

❌It’s not for everyone.
Very easy to put off.
Little accountability.

But also…

☑️The perfect way to fit in some EXTRA movement.
No travel.
Amazing value for money.
No rushing around.
No trying to squeeze a long class into an already full day.

💡And that’s exactly why I created my virtual classes.

🤏🏻They are short (15–25 minutes), a mix of Pilates and strength, and designed to fit into real life — not an ideal routine.

‼️Some people do all 4 classes each week.
Some dip in and out depending on their schedule.
Some mix them in with gym classes, walks or runs.

There’s no “perfect way” to do it.

But if you’ve been feeling like you just can’t find the time…

Hello December 🎄🎅🏻🎄

My favourite ever month but, boy is it A LOT. School events, work deadlines, Christmas prep, social plans… it all stacks up fast.

Pilates is the only thing that will keep me a little sane 💯

🏃‍♀️I exercise much more than I would thanks to virtual workouts.

Yes I do go to the gym once or twice a week and I love to attend an in-person Pilates class.

‼️But my virtual schedule is my non-negotiable.

I know that each week I will do 2 x STRENGTH sessions and 2 x PILATES sessions as it fits around my work, my children, their activities, a social life and more.

🗣️These classes aren’t just follow along - I give real cues to help you get the most out of each and every move. We talk through alignment, technique, breath and control.
