Studley 1-3 Boldmere St Michaels
Central Warwick Premier Division

We travelled down to Studley this morning, a tough place to pick up points.
Could the lads react to yesterday's disappointing result. You bet they could.
The lads battled and worked there socks off and shown great discipline in the face of alot of strong challenges.
We start positively and take the lead through Finn.
We then concede a very dubious equaliser. Everyone in the ground could see the foul on Harry apart from one person. Goal given. Lads didn't deserve that.
1-1 HT
Second half the reaction was top class. We miss a few chances but step up Dalv who beats 2 players and unleashed left footed from 25 yards into the roof of the net.
We make the game safe as the impressive Finn smartly finishes
Great away win for the boys

Goals
Finn x2
Dalv x1

Parents player- Finn
Took a heavy blow to the face and bloodied nose. 2 goals and constant menace. Great performance

Managers Player - Dalvin
Dalv was magic on the wing. Constantly took his player on and capped off with a worldie

Sutton Coldfield Town 3-0 Boldmere St Michaels

MJPL
We travelled the short distance to take on our closest neighbours in the MJPL. In what should've been a great game, it was anything but on our behalf.
Second to everything, poor attitudes, lack of quality, everything we are not about. We got what we deserved and fair play to Sutton they fully deserved the win.
We will bounce back from this. Was it complacency or just a bad day.
Let's not get too deep about it. The lads have been unreal the past 2 years, this will be a bump in the road.

Parents player- Lucas
Battled hard in midfield in a tough contest

Managers Player - Harry
Made some great saves, kept his standards high

Boldmere St Michaels 2-0 Sheldon Royals

CWYFL Premier Division
Sunday we welcomed Sheldon Royals to Castle Vale in an highly anticipated match, 2 teams making unbeaten starts in the Premier Division. It was always going to be a high level match up and we wasn't disappointed.
Boldmere start strong and are moving the ball about creating some decent chances we can't put away.
We have the better of the half but the stalemate just won't be broken
0-0 HT

We start the second half the same as the first and keep on pushing.
Step forward Charlie, free kick on the edge of the box and he dispatched in off the bar, que wild celebrations. But we wasn't finished.
Harley whipping in a delightful ball to the back post for Daniel to nod home
Game Over.
Professional performance by the lads and well controlled against a tough opponent.

Goals
Charlie H x1
Dan x1

Motm
Charlie H - Strong in defence, clean sheet and rocket of a free kick. Good day all round

Charlie Palmer - Absolute Animal in midfield. Ferocious, tenacious and a warrior. Won his duels in there. Performance of a high level

Boldmere St Michaels 6-1 Eccleshall
MJPL

Bright and Early kick off at the Amber Arena on Saturday morning. I think the lads were still half asleep. Very sloppy first half of football see us going into HT 2-1 but miles off the pace

We come out second half and are slightly better but still off the pace. Our quality shines through and its a comfortable win.
Sign of a good team when we can still pick up the 3pts and not be any near our best

Goals
Daniel x2
Tait x1
Frankie x2
Lucas x1

Parents Player
Dan
2 goals and 2 pens won. An absolute machine and constant menace to the defence

Managers players
Harley
Tried to play and thread balls through. Passing range top level and battled in the middle

Kyron
Calmed us down when the ball wasn't being played on the floor. Simplified the middle and made us look so much better
