NOTICE TO ALL PARENTS - Due to the extreme temperatures today, we have made the decision to cancel tonight’s Kung Fu children’s class. We feel it would be unreasonable to expect the children to take part in physical activity in such heat.
Rest assured, we will be back to training next week on Monday 1st June. Keep cool and we'll see you all next week. 🥵

A little end-of-lesson treat for our juniors last night. After being asked, "Is it true some martial artists break bricks with their hands?", Sifu Alex decided to give them a real-life demonstration of what's required from our adult students in their training.

Today we wish massive luck to our student Joe Cook as he flies out to Oslo to represent the GB Martial Arts Team in his first international sparring tournament! We’ll share any available photos and / or video once they’re available… along with his results of course! 💪🏻

NOTICE TO ALL PARENTS - As many of us are off having summer fun, we will be cancelling tonight’s children’s class.
Lessons will resume as normal next Monday, the 11th August.

NOTICE TO ALL PARENTS - As mentioned last week, your Sifu has to perform the vital public duty of jury service this week. This means we are forced to cancel tomorrow night's children's class. We aim to be back to normal lessons next week, 28th July, but this will largely depend on how long Sifu Alex is required to attend his jury service... we will keep you all updated.

NOTICE TO ALL PARENTS - As we mentioned to those in attendance last week, tonight’s children’s classes will not be running. This is due to your Sifu taking some holiday.
Lessons will resume from next week (2nd June) as normal.
