Also a massive thank you to David Baker for guiding me through my prep for this show. When times got tough and I started to question myself he is always there to keep my mindset focused and with Daveβs experience of competing, itβs very easy to trust in his advise/knowledge which I always learn from to help make me a better bodybuilder and coach π―
Time to rest up, eat up and prepare for the next show in a couple of weeks and hopefully go one better π

Our goal was to drop 5/6% body fat whilst maintaining as much muscle as possible, gradually increasing cardio and step count and slowly reducing his calorie intake enabled us to slowly chip away and his body fat without his performance in the gym being effected πͺπ»ππ»

He managed to pack on 14lbs!
Only gaining 1% body fat
You do not need to get fat whilst bulking.
Start in a small calorie surplus and increase accordingly depending on the rate of your strength and muscle gain ππ»π―
