Our workouts will energise you, make you feel happier, healthier and de-stressed from the first class onwards. If you're looking for a great cardio workout, Bhangra Blaze Xpress (BBX) is for you! Our 1hr hour fitness classes take place on Mondays & Tuesdays in Sutton Coldfield. We also deliver on-demand workout sessions and live virtual classes in our online BBX platform. Exercise should be fun and effective! πŸ˜ƒ We have the full blend within our Bhangra Fitness workouts - YOU JUST GOTTA TURN UP! πŸ‘ŠπŸΌI am rocking the Giddha/Boliyan vibe in my Sutton Coldfield classes currently. We get to forget the stresses and challenges of life for 1 whole hour and work up a sweat. It's pure respite for the brain, connection with others, giggles and (big) wiggles together....🧑🧑🧑

Our Bhangra Fitness Study over the past 6 months is now complete! ☺️ We await the results from the University of Wolverhampton, Sports Science Department regarding the impact of Bhangra fitness on the human body. πŸ’ͺ🏼It's been amazing to deliver this project and I'd like to thank our awesome "teaaaaammm" Simarjeet from our Mere Green BBX Class, Neelam from our Walsall BBX Class and our amazing instructor Chantel for their dedication in delivering the sessions for this study. (...oh and me too!!🀣). We will share the results with you, as soon as we have them! Bruahh!

The conflict between time devoted to "Work vs Family vs Health" is a dilemma for all of us, however here's the thing....if you don't have good health - then how much time will you have to spend at work or with the family? Surely, health should be the No.1 Priority? βœ…οΈ Showing up 'consistently' is what is going to change your life outcomes - a little or a lot.
