WARWICKSHIRE LEARNING DISABILITY COUNTY CHAMPIONSHIPS 2026

A special part of our County Championships week 💙

2026 marked our second Learning Disability County Championships and, for the first time, the event took place at Solihull Arden Club, alongside our wider Warwickshire County Championships.

It was fantastic to once again give players with a learning disability the opportunity to compete on the county stage and for a Warwickshire County Championship title.

🏆 County Champion – Alex Garcia
🥈 Runner-up – James Lang
🥉 Third – Matthew Newton

Congratulations to everyone who competed and helped make our second Championships another important step forward for inclusive competition in Warwickshire.

A huge thank you to Solihull Arden Club for hosting and to everyone who supported the event.

We’re proud to continue developing opportunities for players with a learning disability and look forward to seeing the Championships continue to grow.

B’ham L4 played their last match last night against Knowle & Dorridge. A 3-1 win, great way to finish the season. Well done ladies Ann/Nora, Indie/Nicki & the whole team..
