Reset & Recover (Easter Special)
The "Antidote" to your Long Weekend. 🧘‍♀️✨

Whether you are cooling down from our morning Barre session or simply need to hit the "reset" button after the Easter break, this restorative class is designed to help you move better and feel lighter.

At PL Studios, we believe recovery is just as important as the work. In this special 60-minute session, we move beyond basic stretching to target the body’s connective tissue and nervous system.
What we do:

Fascial Gliding & Rolling:
Use foam rollers to "unstick" tight spots and hydrate your tissues.

TRX & Barre Traction:
Utilise equipment to safely decompress the spine and create space in the joints.
Restorative Yoga: Slow, calming movements to lower cortisol and melt away tension.

The Result:
You’ll leave feeling taller, more mobile, and completely recharged for the week ahead.
Note: This is a low-intensity, "no-sweat" class. All levels and bodies are welcome. Please bring water and wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in.

Spring is a time for growth and the perfect time and try something new. From April, we’re excited to introduce a brand new class to your schedule called Mat & Myo Flow.

Mat & Myo-Flow
Tired of feeling 'stuck' or 'stiff' during your mat practice? It's time to trade the tension for Tensegrity. Mat & Myo-Flow blends traditional Pilates precision with myofascial movement science to 'un-stick' the body and restore your natural bounce.

We use spikey balls, rollers, and rhythmic spirals to hydrate the connective tissue (fascia) that often makes us feel stiff. It’s a deep-core, athletic workout designed to build a body that is as resilient as a spring and as fluid as silk.

The Result: You’ll leave feeling powerfully connected, taller, and completely 'unlocked.' No more stiffness—just pure, integrated motion.

Stretch club is a regular (monthly) check in with our joints, movement, stuff spots and a chance to nourish and hydrate our tissues. A strong interest in rehabilitation and healthy movement studies have led us to an understanding of all systems as play when we move.... or don't move.

Find expansion and release in your body and release with a blend of techniques to make it an effective session. Designed to help you find greater flexibility and mobility and leave you feeling open and spacious both mentally and physically.

All levels welcome - suitable for everyone!

We always recommend attending several classes a week so to help you achieve this we've added an extra Mat Pilates to your schedule. It'll be on every Saturday at 9am starting February 28th.

Barre could be defined as a combination of ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga, mobility and strength training. With such a mixture of disciplines your body will never become stagnant as we change to challenge for growth and progress while always training certain aspects for joint mobility, flexibility and strength.

• A great exercise component - work muscles in a way you could never do alone in the gym.

• Low impact - with an emphasis on joint mobility and strength.

• Mindful movement - controlled focus gives us time to build awareness as well as strength.

• Improve posture - work on alignment that you carry with for you sitting or walking.

• Increase core strength - your core will be with you in every exercise!

• Increased strength and range of motion - train flexibility and strength together for more movement (mobility).

You DO NOT need any previous dance experience so if you haven’t tried it or done it for a while I invite you to the barre!

We offer Mat Pilates in a small group friendly environment. Classes are fun and varied with plenty of options and variations making classes suitable for everyone.

This is the perfect time to start. We're fresh onto 2026 and we've just added two new Pilates Beginners classes on Monday and Thursday at 7pm.
