Full update on PPE and distancing procedures to follow - however we have invested in a 5 stage U.V.C air filtration system as found in medical facilities and dental practices

Hi Everybody,
Just an update on the current situation.
We are open as usual.
However we are following all the protocols suggested by the authorities, particularly regarding isolation times.
We have many members from the health professions. Some have been in touch, confirming Coronavirus cases are now presenting at their places of work. They have confirmed they won’t be training. Other members with cold and flu symptoms or have recently flown, have also kindly rang/text to tell me of their non attendance.
For my part. The facility is cleaned even more religiously than before. After each individual set. Then again before the next member. This is in addition to the daily morning clean and the evening clean before I go home.
As a one to one facility, there is a natural advantage over group type training. Together we can keep our Goodshape Gatherings going as long as possible.

Dads funeral is at 10.45-18.12.19 at Sutton Crematorium. Tamworth Rd and afterwards at the Minworth social club and lodge.
