Wow! What a weekend!
Well done to our open competition students competing at innovate competitions over the weekend! Didn’t manage to capture you all but you all danced so well, we are so proud of you all. Some really tough sections but lots of medals won which is the icing on the cake 💚

Throwback to a contemporary workshop.
Gutted I didn’t capture our exercises and partner work, it was so much fun. But here is a glimpse at the routine we did at the end of the lesson. A lot of these students have never done contemporary before so it was great for them to try something a bit different. 💚

Just because the dance studio is taking a little break doesn’t mean your dancing has to! 💪✨
Use some of your summer holidays to:
🌟 Practise your favourite steps & routines
🧘♀️ Stretch gently and work on your flexibility
💪 Strengthen your technique
🎶 Dance along to your favourite music
❤️ Most importantly… HAVE FUN!
Remember, you don’t have to practise for hours. Even 10–15 minutes a day can make a difference! Small steps + consistency = BIG progress. 🌈
Rest, relax, enjoy your summer… but keep those dancing dreams alive! 🌸
