I am now on holiday and will be returning to the studio on Wednesday 23rd September.

I want to thank you for your consistent support to me and my classes, I know every instructor probably thinks this, but I truly have the best members and you make my job a joy. Through the last few months I have struggled trying to instruct through deep grief, I’ve sometimes forgotten my words, or dances, your names, my name! But the support has been phenomenal and I can’t thank you enough.

Be kind to your cover instructors, it’s often a terrifying experience covering for permanent instructors, show them a bit of love!

Look forward to being with you all again when I get back ☀️🍹🌴

Im as surprised to be posing this as Nicki Webb is to be running the London marathon in April! This is bravery beyond words, not just for the fact that she doesn’t run currently, but because the pain is so raw, showing up on a normal day is sometimes too much. But she’ll get there, we’ll help and somehow this will be done all in Jordan’s name.

It was so much fun teaching Jumpboards at David Lloyd sidcup last week! It’s Dartfords turn next week. All my classes at Dartford will be Jumpboard, the timetable won’t be changed. See you there!

Why bother with 121 or 221 Reformer sessions when you can do small group training?

121 sessions can help you build confidence on the Reformer, helping you to concentrate on balance. We can spot and target alignment issues, keeping good form throughout. The session will focus on you alone, taking all factors of your strengths and needs into consideration. Plus, you get to spend the hour with me! Also, cons……you get to spend the hour with me 🤣 and I can swap and subject to something random in seconds, I randomly sing and I WILL push you if I think you can do it and not let you get away with it!

I currently have 121s with people who are wanting to build confidence, those looking for functional strength and others who just prefer the 1on1 experience sometimes.

Why not bring a friend and go for a 221 session?! It’s a fun experience and you can laugh at each other whilst splitting the cost.
