Had an amazing time with my fab-u-lous fitsteppers and fellow instructors at the FitSteps Movies and Musicals event this month, a great day full of love, laughs and dance! Thank you to Billijo Chapman for all your support and hard work in organising these events and to Ian Waite and Ian Parker for their fabulous workshops, also a mahoosive shout out to Rachel Harper Swansea Dance for arranging and choreographing our fab instructor group dance! Cant wait for the next event! 😆

A huge heartfelt thank you to the amazing ladies who joined me in September for our intimate dance fitness sessions at my workplace, all in support of the Motor Neurone Disease Association (MNDA). Your energy, kindness, and generosity made every session feel so special, and together we raised £125 for this fantastic cause. I’m beyond grateful for your support and spirit, I look forward to the next round of sessions ❤️
