Dont let bad habits build up whilst training by yourself. Always take time to slow your session down and focus on technique. This applies with any form of exercise.

For years iv had a passion about fitness, weather that has been general fitness, cardio, boxing or bodybuilding and the one area that iv always wanted to improve the most and develop is my legs.
And quiet often When i see people in gyms now they ask me advice on training legs. I cant begin to tell you now how happy i am to share my knowledge and then watch someone improve time and time again.

This gives me massive job satisfaction.
And heres my advice

1 - Never skip legday, (best quote ever) just because you dont know what to do. This doesn’t mean you cant do it or learn. Have a plan in place always!

2- Go hard or go home. Switch on to the task ahead every session and hit it head on. Legday hurts thats why people avoid it and thats a bad mistake. You should Grow to love it!

3- Recover properly between sessions and keep grafting consistently without fail. No excuses

4- Get the right diet plan that works for you
