✨ Introducing Sunday Stretch Tips! ✨
Every Sunday, we’ll be sharing a simple stretch that little dancers can practise at home to help improve their flexibility, mobility and body awareness, while keeping movement fun!
Stretching can help dancers move more freely, develop flexibility over time and support good ballet technique. Remember, stretching should always feel comfortable- never painful.
Our first Sunday Stretch: Butterfly Stretch! 🦋
Sit with the soles of your feet together, gently hold your ankles and let your knees relax towards the floor. Sit tall and take some slow breaths.
Hold for around 15–20 seconds, keeping it gentle and relaxed.

Feeling incredibly lucky to be pursuing a lifelong dream and passion of teaching dance and I am so pleased to have three successful and thriving classes in just 4 months of opening! Seeing the excitement on my dancers faces, celebrating their success, and being part of their dance journey is the most rewarding feeling 🫶
From my experience as a primary school teacher to teaching dance classes my mission is about inspiring confidence, creating memories, and watching my dancers grow both as dancers and as individuals.
My passion for dance and teaching continues to flourish, and I’m so grateful to share my love for dance, creativity, and performance with such amazing dancers in my classes!
I am so excited to expand even more over the coming months! Stay tuned for more exciting things happening 🩰✨

THURSDAY 30th JULY! We will be doing a dance session at Toys and Toast at Underhill Hub from 9:30-10:30! This event is completely FREE! See you there 🩰

We love to wear our imaginary crowns in our 3-4 class to maintain our beautiful posture 👑 The children take it in turns to listen to what colour crown others are wearing in the circle, encouraging listening skills and turn taking
