Great day at the pkl4 yesterday coming away with joint female fighter of the day after drawing on the fight off, 3 golds and 2 silvers between us both… 🏆🥇🥇🥇🥈🙌🏻🥋👏👊

Had a great training session on a course taken by sensei Rory daniels on the weekend.
Really enjoyed and picked up a few new kumite moves… looking forward to the next one ☝️🥋
