Our Fletchlings team begin their 26/27 season next Sunday at Cardiff Archers Arena.
They will be playing Cardiff Met Archers Wheelchair Basketball Club at 10am followed by TitanAces (London Titans Wheelchair Basketball Club & Aces Wheelchair Basketball Club) at 12pm.

It was a tough start to the season for Storm 1.
After a rocky start Storm managed to defend well and kept Cobras within reach for the first half of the game. Despite Storm starting the 3rd quarter well with 3 quick baskets, Cobras pulled away and ultimately took the win.
Well done to Cobras on their strong start to the season.
Although it isn't the result we hoped for, we'll get back to training and work through the issues ready for our next game!

This weekend Storm 1 will kick off their 26/27 season in Leicester.

Storm 1 will be playing Leicester Cobras Wheelchair Basketball Club at 2pm on Saturday. We will be recording the game and uploading it directly to our YouTube channel. This should help to increase the quality of the game videos, this will not only improving the experience for viewers but will help the teams development by giving us better footage to review and analyse.

We're looking forward to this season and with some changes to the line up it is set to be an interesting and challenging season.

Just started University in Swansea? Looking for a new sport, a new challenge and some people to meet?

Come and join the Swansea Storm family. Whether it's to get fit, be social, compete seriously, or just have a laugh. Everybody is welcome!

Try out the sport at our FREE taster sessions this Friday and Saturday!!

Q: Do I have to be a wheelchair user?
A: No. Wheelchair basketball is an inclusive sport, so everyday wheelchair users, ambulatory wheelchair users, and able-bodied people can all train together.

Q: Do I need my own sports chair?
A: As a club, we have sports chairs you will be able to borrow during training. If you are looking to take the sport further and compete, it is highly recommended that you have your own chair, as they are specifically designed for the particular user in mind.

Q: Can I try a session before becoming a member?
A: Yes! The taster sessions are free and your first regular club training session will also be are completely free, no commitment needed. We want you to come down, get in a chair, meet the team, and see how much you love the game before you have to think about a financial commitment. After this, we ask that you either become a member or pay on a session-by-session basis.

Come down to the LC on the 25th between 2pm and 5pm or on the 26th between 1pm and 4pm.

There are opportunities for all ages and abilities, why not bring the whole family!
We have wheelchairs available.

We have a very exciting season ahead of us.

There are 10 games this season and we will be playing some different teams for the 26/27 season.
