Top tip for misinformation:
Use your đź§
Yes there’s an abundance of it and it can be hard to know who/what to believe at times
But if you stop and think “Is this logically possible?” then you won’t be so confused as often
It doesn’t take a genius to figure out that bread isn’t the devil or that calories don’t magically double when the clock strikes 19:00
But I think people get so caught up in stuff or they want to believe in something so badly that they forget to use all forms of logical reasoning
Or they’re idiots themselves 🤷‍♂️

The worst thing you could do after seeing the scales spike is overreact
Because the likelihood is you’ll do something dumb
Whether that’s throw the towel in or spend 2 hours doing cardio
Weight gain doesn’t automatically = fat gain
It could be down to a number of reasons
If it is really sudden then just go about your life as normal and it’ll correct itself eventually

You’ll never be great at something the first time you try it
If you think otherwise then you’re delusional
This is probably why drop out rates at gyms are so high. People go in thinking it’ll be a breeze when it’s really not the case
The first few weeks will be the hardest - the nerves, fitting it into your schedule & doms
The worst thing you can do is quit
Because after that it gets a bit easier
Yeah you’ve still got to turn up & put the work in but you’ve built a bit of confidence and probably know what you’re doing by now
If you get through those first few weeks then you’re probably something like 92.42% more likely to stick with it

Fasted cardio is irrelevant for fat loss
Yeah you burn more fat during the session but burning fat and losing fat are two completely different things
You can do all the fasted cardio you want but if you eat/drink in a surplus afterwards then you certainly won’t be losing any weight
I was planning on getting back into the swing of things next week
But then I thought “why wait?”
What’s the point of waiting until Monday? I’m just wasting 5 days
There were absolutely zero restrictions when I was away but I like that I can’t eat/live like that all year round
So instead of waiting & potentially putting it off for another week, I’m back to eating how I usually do from today
Let me know what you think about my brand new idea 🎥
