Our Beach Lifeguard Course runs from 26–30 October, giving you the chance to get your qualification in place and get ahead of recruitment for the 2027 season.

Whether you’re looking to work as a beach lifeguard, build experience in the surf industry or take the next step towards becoming a surf instructor, this is a great time to get started.

We’re teaming up with Sauna Hut Wales for a special Progress Women Surf + Sauna at Caswell Bay on:

📅 Saturday 10th October

🏄‍♀️ 2-hour women-only surf session
🧖‍♀️ 1-hour sauna with Sauna Hut Wales
🌊 Caswell Bay

Come and get in the water, then warm up, relax and hang out with a great bunch of women afterwards.

Surf. Sauna. Sea. Repeat. 🔥

2 sessions: 2pm and 3:15pm

A surf with the girls, followed by a sauna on the beach — sounds pretty good to us! 😍

AFTER-SCHOOL SURF CLUB IS BACK! 🏄‍♀️🤙

Looking for something active, outdoors and a little different after school?

Our Kids After-School Surf Club starts this week and runs on Tuesday & Friday evening throughout September and October at Caswell Bay! 🌊

It’s a great way for kids to:
🏄 Get in the water and improve their surfing
💪 Build confidence & independence
🤙 Make new friends
🌅 Finish the school day with some time in the sea!

Whether they’re already surfing or looking to develop their skills, our friendly instructors will help them progress while having loads of fun.
